Who creates the content?
The client. Bandeira does not produce content — only orchestrates distribution across the authorized network. Your agency or in-house team keeps producing as usual; Bandeira amplifies.
Can Meta block this?
No, because we operate via the official Graph API with permissions approved through the Meta App Review program. No scraping, no unofficial methods. We implement every control Meta expects from a legitimate platform.
Is this legal under Brazilian electoral law?
Yes. Election Mode implements all TSE rules: blackouts, mandatory tagging, CNPJ linkage, accountability exports. Our electoral lawyer reviews the product periodically.
What happens if a supporter revokes?
Pending publications are canceled within 24h. Personal data is deleted within 15 days. Everything logged in the audit trail. The supporter can also revoke directly on Instagram, and we detect within a few hours.
Are supporters paid?
No. The Terms of Use contractually forbid financial compensation to supporters. Participation is by political affinity. Payment would defeat the thesis and violate our terms.
