instagram_business_basic
Read the connected Instagram Business account profile and media to enable authorized coordinated republishing within the client's own network.
instagram_business_content_publish
Publish supporter-authorized content to connected Instagram Business accounts, with visible attribution and server-enforced rate caps.
instagram_business_manage_comments
Surface and moderate comments for crisis detection. Optional — the core flow works without it.

- ✕Not a content generator — Bandeira never creates posts; it coordinates republishing of the client's own content.

- ✕Not a scraper — data is accessed only through the official Meta Graph API with granted permissions.
- ✕Not opaque — every republish carries visible attribution and an immutable 5-year audit log.
